National Fostering Group is seeking an experienced ER Advisor to join the People team on a hybrid basis from the Bolton Head Office. The role is a 6 months fixed term contract / full time, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience.

You will provide expert guidance on absence management, disciplinary and grievance cases, and other employee relations matters, helping managers navigate formal processes and ensuring fair, compliant outcomes.
