Role Overview

We seek a motivated, enthusiastic, conscientious, and creative Support Worker to work closely with our team of Supervising Social Workers and Foster Carers. Your responsibilities include supporting foster carers, working directly with children and young people, organizing events, and other tasks.

Candidate Profile

You should respond flexibly to support foster carers, focus on positive outcomes for children, and be committed to improving their lives. Support for children participating in Duke of Edinburgh is also part of the role.

You need to work well with colleagues, have good communication skills, a professional approach, be eager to learn, IT literate, hold a full driving license, and have your own transport.
