We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Referral Coordinator to join our team at Arun Hope, who will be part of making positive contributions to changing the lives of children and young people.

About Arun Hope
Arun Hope is a residential family assessment centre based in Littlehampton.
We provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for families experiencing difficulties, especially those at risk of children being taken into care. Parents and their children reside at Arun Hope for 16 weeks, during which our experienced staff and professionals assess and support them. Who are we looking for?
We seek a motivated, enthusiastic, and conscientious team player passionate about positively impacting children’s lives.
Based at Arun Hope in Littlehampton, you will work closely with our Office Manager to promote the centre through marketing, webpage updates, and stakeholder liaison. You will be the first point of contact for Local Authorities regarding referrals, matching, and placements, making relationship-building essential.
When not handling referrals or outward-facing duties, you\’ll support the Office Manager with Health and Safety tasks, administrative duties, and overseeing staff rotas, liaising with support staff to seek cover and fill gaps.
This role is busy and demanding, requiring effective multi-tasking and decision-making skills. We value assertiveness, initiative, ownership, and strong communication skills to build positive relationships across various levels.
Experience or understanding of services for children and young people or Local Authority structures is preferred but not essential.
