Location: Stafford Office, Midlands (group-wide roles span across multiple agencies within the Midlands region)

Responsibilities
Based in the National Fostering Agency Midlands office, you will work within the Referral Hub to safely match Looked After Children to our pool of foster carers across three fostering agencies in the region (Fostering Solutions, Jay Fostering and Sunflower Fostering).
This is a busy, customer-facing role requiring effective multi-tasking, decision-making, and strong relationship-building skills. You will work under timely pressures while delivering excellent customer service to colleagues, foster carers, Local Authorities, and other stakeholders. You should be assertive, take ownership of tasks, and communicate effectively at various levels.
Ideally you will have experience or understanding of Looked After Children and Local Authority structures and needs, particularly in services for children and young people, though this is not essential. You should be self-motivated, dynamic, and able to work both independently and as part of a team, staying calm under pressure.
