We have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Manager to join our wellâestablished team at Fostering Solutions in Oundle. This role is focused on delivering positive outcomes for children and young people and supporting a high performing, caring team that is part of the National Fostering Group.
With over 20 years of experience, we are the largest independent childrenâs fostering group in the UK and have been rated a Great Place to Work 2025. All of our agencies are officially recognised by Ofsted, Welsh, and Scottish regulators as either âOutstandingâ or âGoodâ. We also offer a 4âday working week (80% of hours for 100% pay) after a successful 6âmonth probationary period, a performanceâbased benefit, and a comprehensive reward package.
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, conscientious and experienced Office Manager with excellent organisational skills to join our busy fostering team in Oundle. You will be required to:
- Ensure compliance with Fostering Regulations and Standards.
- Organise meetings, accurately minute them and follow up actions promptly.
- Supervise dayâtoâday office operations including opening/closing, reception, customer and carer interactions, and administration.
- Use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases to coordinate office requirements.
