About the role
As our Senior Graphic Designer, youâll help lead the creative direction of the Groupâs visual identity, ensuring a consistent, high-impact brand presence across every touchpoint. From concept to delivery, youâll design standout assets for campaigns, digital channels and internal communications that engage and inspire. Youâll manage the creative workflow, mentor other designers and collaborate closely with stakeholders to bring ideas to life. This is a hands-on role for a passionate designer who can balance strategic thinking with creative execution, driving innovation and elevating our brand at every opportunity.
Who we are looking for
Weâre looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong track record in corporate design, brand management and delivering creative across digital and print. Youâll be hands-on, confident leading projects and campaigns, and able to represent the team with senior stakeholders. You will be highly organised, detail-focused and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a portfolio that showcases your breadth and quality of work are essential, along with a degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
