The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Ticketing, the Manager of Ticketing Strategy & Stadium Operations will lead on the planning, delivery, and execution of all ticketing strategy and operation requirements for select NFL regular season games in all European markets as well as support all International Games and US Tentpole events where necessary. Support will also be required on the scouting of future cities. This role will primarily be based at the NFL office (London) and in the respective market the week prior to each game. The individual selected for this role will be an employee of a third-party agency and not the NFL. All compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment are handled by the agency.
Responsibilities
- Manifest Management – ensuring the manifest for each stadium is built, managed correctly, ready for onsale and regularly monitored and adjusted to maximise sales
- Price modelling and Onsale Strategies – Assisting the Senior Manager of Ticketing and wider Club Business Development Team with building out the 2025 Price Models for all International Games in Europe ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
- Sales Reporting – Producing bespoke reports for onsale period covering all games
- Continually exploring ticketing technology advances to assist the growth of International Games
- Stadium Operations Wayfinding and Signage – Working closely with Hospitality and Stadium Operations to ensure all stadium branding, wayfinding and signage is correct, relative to tickets and system capabilities
- Ticket Production – Pulling all relevant specifications and assets, system dependent, and sharing with the Creative team. Assessing needs of the wider business (e.g. Hospitality/Security) to ensure tickets are accurate and providing all relevant information
- Ticketing Systems Integration – Leading on conversations with ticket agents, stadiums and access control providers to ensure any required development is understood and costed correctly
- Access Control Infrastructure – Working with stadium operations, events and the stadiums to ensure any additional access requirements are planned and executed
- Seat Sightline Reviews – Prior to onsale, reviewing stadiums and adjusting manifest accordingly as well as during gameweek as stadium overlay is built out
- Parking & Fan Transport – Investigate accessible parking options at stadiums and systems for setup and booking for fans as well as providing access to train tickets if necessary
- Ensuring Legal & Compliance/GDPR processes are adhered to, including T&Cs for each stadium and market
- Attending Scouting and Planning trips
- Managing & Maintaining strong relationships with all 32 Clubs and internal NFL Departments
- Working closely with Hospitality ensuring the seamless delivery of the whole end-to-end ticketing operation with Sales Agent
- Continually reviewing and streamlining internal administration processes across all stadia
- Maintain high levels of communication to all stakeholders and deliver key information back to the Senior Manager of Ticketing Operations for all other NFL events across the year, where necessary
- Responsible for ensuring all contracts are entered correctly into the Contract Management System and vendors are invoicing and being paid in a timely manner
- Ensuring data collection feeds are set from ticket agents to NFL D&A team as well as assisting with wider business insights requests
- Being main POC for all operational/stadium ticketing enquiries
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience of working in Ticketing in a multi-purpose stadium or large venue
- Working knowledge of a variety of Ticketing and Reporting Systems (TM Sport/XR and TM1)
- Experience of managing individuals and larger teams of internal staff and external partners
- Good knowledge of GDPR
- Excellent relationship management
- Good project management skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with excellent email management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years working in sports ticketing
- Experience of working operationally in a stadium or large venue environment
