North Wales Fire and Rescue Service is seeking an Estates and Facilities Lead to shape and develop our estate across North Wales. You will lead the creation of a new in‑house Estate and Facilities Management function after March 2027, design the service, build a high‑performing team and ensure our buildings remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose.
The role requires a degree in Building Surveying, Facilities Management or Building Services Engineering, membership of a relevant professional body.
