Staffordshire Fire & Rescue (SFRS) have an exciting opportunity if you would like to be instrumental in delivering our Prevention, Partnership & Safeguarding Strategy. As our Prevention & Safeguarding Lead you will provide leadership and direction to our dedicated Local Prevention Teams, Education Team, Contact Centre, Fire & Health Partnership Teams, and Volunteers, in our aim to make Staffordshire communities safer and stronger.

You will play a pivotal role in implementing and ensuring the effective delivery of our Annual Service Delivery Plan, Road Safety Delivery Plan, Secondary Fire Prevention Plan, and Education policies. To do this you will build new, and develop existing, partnerships that help us deliver better outcomes for our communities.

  • Lead and provide direction to Local Prevention Teams, Education Team, Contact Centre, Fire & Health Partnership Teams, and Volunteers.
  • Ensure delivery of the Annual Service Delivery Plan, Road Safety Delivery Plan, Secondary Fire Prevention Plan, and Education policies.
  • Build new and develop existing partnerships to deliver better outcomes for communities.
