We are seeking experienced leaders to join Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service as Station Managers. This is a critical leadership role, responsible for managing operational delivery, driving performance, and ensuring the safety and resilience of our communities and our Crews.
Eligibility Criteria
- This process is open to wholetime substantive competent Crew Managers and wholetime substantive in development or competent Watch Managers.
- Applicants must be able to demonstrate relevant operational experience and leadership capability.
- Successful candidates will be required to undertake any necessary training for the role.
