NIFRS invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of RCC/Ops Comms Group Commander (A & B). A reserve list will be created for 12 months to fill any additional vacancies that may arise.
The RCC/Ops Comms Group Commanders will play a vital role in supporting Senior Management to achieve a demanding change agenda within a challenging financial climate. Successful candidates will be experienced professionals in the Fire and Rescue sector, demonstrating confidence, innovation, resilience, and leadership. They will serve as role models embodying the values of the Fire and Rescue Service, with a track record of supporting and managing change, improving service delivery, and effectively managing teams and resources.
