Working arrangements: 36.25 hours per week, with a flexitime scheme in operation
We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our inclusive, values-driven public sector organisation, which has a strong organisational culture. Benefits include free car parking, generous annual leave, a generous pension scheme, flexitime and the opportunity for some hybrid working.
You will work across a broad range of Human Resources activity, coaching and supporting managers to lead their people effectively and contribute to departmental goals and LFRS corporate objectives.
Candidates must have:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong written communication skills
- The ability to produce high-quality policies and reports
- Previous experience in Human Resources, including providing professional advice and guidance to line managers
- Associate Member of the CIPD or hold an equivalent qualification
The post holder may occasionally be required to attend meetings or events during evenings and weekends.
