Cleveland Fire Brigade is inviting applications for promotion or transfer to Station Manager and Group Manager roles. These key middle manager positions play a critical part in delivering high-quality operational response, shaping organisational culture, and driving strategic improvement across the Service.

As a Station Manager, you will provide leadership and management across watches, teams, or functional areas. You will ensure operational preparedness, deliver effective incident command, and lead performance, development, and cultural initiatives.
