The purpose of this role is to provide creative and technical support to the Fire and Rescue Service in the training support team via the creation, review and development of our maintenance of competence & development training packages for operational and support staff.

This role involves using your creative skills to support organisational objectives to ensure a competent workforce. You will be involved in creating learning packages that engage with all members of the workforce and provide technical support to the activities that the service undertakes to ensure we are providing the best learning and development experience to our staff.
