Overall Purpose of the Post:
To provide administrative support for the Workforce Development Team, who manage and deliver vocational, managerial and personal development programmes across Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service. Also, to coordinate activity in key areas, including liaison with external training providers who support the delivery of NFRS core learning pathways.
