How the work the team does makes a difference: The team supports Enabling Services to ensure that both Police and Fire have an effective working environment.

The purpose of this role: The team provides a Front Door service for both Commercial & Property Departments.

Role Locations: This is an agile role working out of different police locations across the county.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a member of the team to deliver first‑line business support for Police, Fire & OPFCC and external contractors through a variety of Force Systems.
  • Ensure the effective running of operational support in dedicated buildings.
  • Process all requests received by the Commercial and Property department, triage to allocated members of the wider team or self, to support resolution and achieve a quality of service to Fire and Police functions.
  • Maintain accurate records on all service requests, including purchases of goods and services, and wider activities relating to the delivery of the Property and Commercial Function.
  • Provide advice and assistance, including dealing with telephone or face‑to‑face enquiries from internal and external end users on a wide range of topics.

Qualifications:

  • A full driving licence is required.
