We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our Portfolio Management Office (PMO) and support the delivery of key transformation and improvement initiatives across the Service. Based at Service Headquarters in Llantrisant (with some flexible working), you will work closely with programme and project teams to understand business needs, analyse processes, and help design practical solutions that improve how we operate.
You’ll play a key role in gathering and documenting requirements, mapping current and future processes, and supporting informed decision‑making through clear analysis and insight. Working with stakeholders across the Service, you’ll help ensure change initiatives are well‑defined, aligned to priorities, and successfully delivered.
We’re looking for individuals with experience in business analysis within a change or transformation environment, ideally involving people, process, and technology change. A BA or project management qualification (or equivalent experience) would be beneficial.
You’ll be analytical, proactive, and confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, with a strong focus on delivering real, practical improvements.
