About the role
We are seeking to fill an upcoming vacancy for the role of Head of Estates and Facilities
Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, Estates and Facilities you will be responsible for the management of the property portfolio and the PFI contract.
The role includes the management of the owned property portfolio in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements as well as managing the PFI contract for the PFI property portfolio. The role also includes managing capital projects and contract management of other minor works.
