Essex County Fire and Rescue Service is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to provide efficient, professional recruitment and attraction support across the Service. You will advise managers and colleagues to attract and recruit the right people to support the Service’s needs and goals, and help improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.
From advert to induction, you will deliver full recruitment advice, administer the Applicant Tracking System, support positive action initiatives.
