North Wales Fire and Rescue Service is seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Learning Developer to support the delivery of high-quality, accessible and innovative learning solutions across the Service. You will be part of an organisation that is committed to protecting communities and investing in its people. This role offers the opportunity to influence how learning is delivered across the Service and contribute to meaningful organisational change.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in modernising how learning is designed, delivered and evaluated. You will be responsible for developing engaging digital learning content, managing learning systems, and working closely with subject matter experts to ensure training meets operational and organisational needs. The role offers a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and collaboration, contributing directly to workforce development, organisational compliance, and continuous improvement.
Applicants will need to demonstrate, with evidence, that they meet the essential criteria outlined in the job description and person specification. Please note that this post is subject to pre-employment checks including a DBS Check, Drug and Alcohol test and satisfactory references.
