An incredible opportunity to join our on-site catering team at our Fire and Rescue Headquarters. Our friendly and inclusive team are searching for a Catering Supervisor to provide serving and cleaning duties in connection with catering arrangements.
What You Will Be Working On
We are seeking a proactive individual to deliver a high-quality Catering and Hospitality service at our Service HQ. The role involves serving food to canteen users and guests, till operations, and monitoring stock levels alongside associated reporting. You will assist with the preparation and ordering of food, support hospitality bookings, and help maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout. The position also includes responsibility for associated budgets and line management of the Catering team, including overseeing timesheets, arranging cover, and maintaining training records. You will ensure that all attitudes and behaviours within food preparation and service areas reflect those of a professional commercial catering environment, while positively contributing to a safe and compliant workplace.
What Are We Looking For?
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (essential)
- Experience of working within the Catering industry (desirable)
- Experience of managing staff
- Experience in customer service
- Full UK Driving licence
