Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service is seeking a Clinical Education Lead to manage pre-hospital care training for its operational teams. You will lead the delivery of First Response Emergency Care (FREC) and first aid for non-operational staff, while guiding training quality and governance.
The role reports to the Head of Training and requires a strong clinician with leadership skills, capable of driving cultural change and continuous improvement across the service.
