We are seeking motivated individuals to step into the role of Assistant Control Commander (ACC) within Brigade Control. As an ACC, you will play a critical supervisory role in ensuring the effective supervision of control room operations, mobilising resources, and supporting operational response across London. You will lead and support Control Officers in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment dealing with a wide range of operational incidents. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to keeping London safe, supporting our teams, and driving continuous improvement in Control operations.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate control command in a busy, fast‑paced control environment, using effective decision‑making, supporting or leading change and a clear commitment to continuous improvement and developing others.
