As an Area Manager, you’ll be part of our Executive Leadership Team, helping to shape the future of the organisation. This is more than a leadership role; it is an opportunity to influence strategy, drive transformation, and lead real, lasting change across the service.

You’ll bring a clear understanding of the challenges facing modern Fire & Rescue Services, alongside the vision and confidence to turn those challenges into opportunities. With responsibility spanning leadership, resource management, and strategic planning, you’ll play a key role in delivering our Community Risk Management Plan (CRMP).

Salary: £67,792 (Development) - £74,360 (Competent) plus a 20% flexible duty allowance and 9.5% principal duty allowance.
