We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our Administration team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional and professional administrative support to the organization. You will work collaboratively with peers, reporting to a Team Leader responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the team. You will undertake a variety of administrative tasks in line with established procedures, delivering outstanding customer service, along with expert advice and guidance.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to liaise with internal and external customers, explain processes, and provide information as required. You should have experience in planning and organizing meetings, taking notes, and producing concise, grammatically accurate minutes.
Computer literate, you will have experience using various software packages, including Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams, and be able to leverage available technology for enhanced productivity.
Educated to GCSE English Grade 4 or equivalent as a minimum, you should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to articulate clearly and confidently.
You should possess a positive attitude, flexible mindset, and a willingness to adapt as needed.
The position is based at our Headquarters in Birmingham. Most of your time will be spent on-site, with occasional travel across the West Midlands for meetings and training. The option to work from home is available depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Respond to queries and service requests from both external and internal customers, adhering to organizational policies and procedures to provide effective administrative support.
- Monitor mailboxes and Microsoft Teams channels/chats, and answer telephone calls promptly to manage customer expectations and meet defined time and quality standards.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, including preparation, attendance, and post-meeting activities, to ensure smooth operation.
- Collate, analyze, interpret, and produce clear, accurate information using various organizational databases and systems (including Microsoft O365).
