Salary: c. £25,000 per annum (Dependant on Skills and Experience)

Location: Builth Wells, Powys, Mid Wales

Working Hours: 35 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Purpose of the role & how you will contribute: As a Support Coordinator, you’ll provide vital administrative support to the NFU Cymru team, helping ensure members receive a seamless and responsive service. You’ll coordinate day‑to‑day office functions, support events and meetings, manage member communications, and help keep systems and resources running smoothly. Your work will enable the wider team to focus on delivering high‑quality support to members across Wales.

What you’ll bring: You’ll bring proven administrative experience, strong IT skills, and confidence using tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Highly organised and detail‑focused, you’ll manage your workload proactively while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. A warm, flexible team player, you’ll communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. A full UK driving licence and the ability to support occasional events, travel and out‑of‑hours work will ensure you can contribute fully to this busy, member‑focused team.
