Staffline are hiring! New Permanent Job opportunities. We are keen to speak with experienced Production operatives with Warehouse and FLT Driving experience. This can be physical/manual work, lifting weights up to 25kg.
Our ideal candidates will have worked in a fast moving Food manufacturing environment, and be familiar with ISO 9001/BRC, Health & Safety, Hygiene, HACCP, COSHH and pest control.
The main purpose of your role is to support the Warehouse and Manufacturing teams and to perform all tasks within the Production Operative's role.
In Your New Role As An Operative:
- To perform all tasks within the production operative's role, after full training, to 100% compliance at all times.
- Perform all aspects of the production operative functions in a diligent manner, whilst ensuring health and safety standards are not compromised.
- To maintain solid operating basis in terms of good manufacturing practices.
- Ensure full compliance of all sites-based systems, such as ISO 9002, HACCP, Health & Safety site standards and policies, environment standards and Investors in People.
- To help support and identify operational synergies that would enhance continuous improvement within the Operational team.
- To ensure that any product wastage is kept to a minimum, whilst also mitigating the need for product remixes being undertaken.
- Any other reasonable management request.
