Responsibilities
- Carry out daily engineering checks, ensuring all documentation and records are accurately completed.
- Compile and produce weekly engineering statistics, including lost kilometres reporting.
- Maintain and update fleet compliance records, including MOT dates and vehicle taxation.
- Support the Engineering Manager with administrative updates to the VEM plan.
- Monitor and update engineering schedules on the system (inspections, lubrication, cleans, repaint programmes), liaising with Central Engineering to ensure accuracy.
- Update fleet systems as required, including tachograph records and engineering data.
- Input and maintain engineering wage data on the UNITEND system.
- Prepare engineering-related correspondence, meeting notes, and documentation.
- Administer PPE issuance and engineering-related company documentation, including bus passes.
