We have new full-time Permanent job vacancies for Production Line Leaders. Our perfect candidate will have experience working in Food manufacturing, supervisory, team leader, line leader experience, and have strong working knowledge of operating food processing machinery and equipment in a manufacturing setting.
The Working Hours For This Role: 3 on 3 off, days and nights rotating, 12‑hour shifts (please note you must be able to work both shifts). Alongside a competitive salary, the role offers career progression.
In Your New Role As Production Line Leader:
- Managing your production team
- Assessing any training needs
- Mentoring
- Organising and completing product changeovers
- Working closely with senior management
- Completing all quality control documentation accurately and clearly
- Operating food processing machinery and equipment, working alongside maintenance for any faults that occur
- Troubleshooting
- Accurately following food hygiene and food safety regulations
- All other associated tasks
