Facing a fast-paced, dynamic business environment, National Express are in need of an energetic and focused Marketing Manager, preferably from a high frequency of product usage, low margin ecommerce consumer brand.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be the ultimate champion for our customers, bridging commercial goals with bold creative output. From social publisher partnerships and influencer campaigns to airport touchpoints and coach wraps, you will juggle multiple projects and execute integrated marketing that drives digital sales and brand love. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days at NX House in Birmingham.

What you will actually be doing:

  • Execute Integrated Campaigns: Support the Senior Marketing Manager to translate commercial priorities into concise marketing plans, aligning internal channel leads and top tier agency partners.
  • Social & Influencer Impact: Partner with our social team to maximize commercial results through influencer marketing, paid social, and social publisher collaborations.
  • Elevate Performance-Focused Creative: Working with performance experts to elevate creative across PPC, Affiliates, and Display.
  • Execute Across the Network: Support the Senior Network Marketing Manager to bring the brand to life across our airports, stations, and the coaches themselves.
  • Optimise in Real Time: Take a reactive approach to campaign reporting, using real time data to boost effectiveness and report ROI to senior leaders.

What we need from you:

  • Marketing Experience: At least 3 years in a fast paced marketing position, ideally within high volume e-commerce, travel, or retail.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Track record of bringing cross functional teams and agencies together to deliver campaigns under tight deadlines.
  • Creative & Media Judgment: Ability to judge creative ideas and media plans strategically to ensure they drive audience action.
  • Data Driven Mindset: Passionate about measuring campaign ROI, digital sales conversions, and customer consideration.
  • Digital Fluency: Knowledge of emerging digital channels and how coach riders consume media.
