We're excited to offer a Part Time opportunity to become a Customer Service Advisor at Bristol Bus and Coach Station. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and love helping people, this could be the perfect role for you.
Location: Bristol Bus and Coach Station
Schedule: 28.5 hours on a 2 week rolling rota
- Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, 7:45–17:45 daily
- Week 2: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, 7:45–17:45 daily
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be right at the heart of the action. You'll provide helpful and friendly support to passengers and staff in a busy transport hub. Whether it's selling tickets, answering questions, pointing someone in the right direction, or helping keep everyone safe — your role will make a real difference to someone's day.
Please note: You must be available to attend an onsite interview on Thursday 9th April, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Delivering outstanding customer service with a positive and proactive approach
- Providing information about services, updates, and disruptions clearly and accurately
- Using ticketing and operational systems confidently and responsibly
- Supporting and encouraging team members, and helping with training when needed
- Following all health and safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment
- Contributing to a positive team environment and assisting with onboarding or training as required

Qualifications / Requirements
- Confident English language communication skills
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, front-line customer service role
- A friendly, can-do attitude and a desire to learn and grow
- The ability to work well in a team and independently
- Good stamina and overall fitness — role may involve standing or sitting for extended periods
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
