As our new Head of Procurement – CoE, you\’ll be at the forefront of this change – enabling strategic insight, operational excellence, and commercial advantage. ________________________________________ Your Role Reporting into the Group Procurement function, you\’ll lead the Centre of Excellence and serve as the engine room for procurement transformation. From digital tools to data standards and policy governance, you\’ll define how procurement works across the Group and drive measurable impact. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement best-practice reporting across spend, savings, contracts, risks, and performance Lead the selection and rollout of digital procurement tools (e.g., Coupa, Oracle Fusion), driving automation and AI adoption Build and manage a Group-wide contract database to ensure compliance and improve visibility Ensure governance and regulatory readiness across procurement processes Lead Scope 3 emissions reporting and support decarbonisation initiatives Deliver supplier performance metrics and dashboards to inform sourcing strategy Own and continuously improve the Group Procurement intranet and policy portal Drive category strategy through analytics and insight generation Coach and develop team members in the Centre of Excellence ________________________________________ What You\’ll Bring We\’re looking for a change agent who combines technical knowledge with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
