We have a fantastic full time opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Luton Airport. This role will be working onsite at Luton Airport. Shifts will be on a rolling 3 on, 3 off rota working 12 hour shifts. The Customer Service Advisor role will put you in the centre of the hustle and bustle of a busy transport environment, selling tickets in and around onsite in Luton Airport answering customer queries, guiding them to their location, and ensuring our high standards of health and safety are continually met.  Successful applications will be invited to attend an onsite assessment on Thursday 22nd May What you\’ll do… To consistently deliver an excellent standard of customer service providing support and assistance to customers, colleagues and driver teams, including [where applicable] accurately communicating information on service updates and disruption.
