Schedule: 4 Days working, 2 Days off
Shifts: 01:50 am-10:20 am, 09:50 am-18:20 pm, 10:50 am until 07:20 pm

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide helpful and friendly support to passengers and staff in a busy transport hub. Your role will make a real difference to someone’s day.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a positive and proactive approach
- Provide information about services, updates, and disruptions clearly and accurately
- Use ticketing and operational systems confidently and responsibly
- Support and encourage team members, and help with training when needed
- Follow all health and safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment
What you’ll need:
- Confident English language communication skills
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, front-line customer service role
- A friendly, can-do attitude and a desire to keep learning and growing
- The ability to work well both in a team and independently
- Good stamina and overall fitness – this role can involve standing or sitting for extended periods
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
