Join us on the Journey. National Express are recruiting a Cleaner to join our team, based in Worthing. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various functions, which primarily involve ensuring a clean and safe environment on our coaches for our customers and staff.
Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off (21:00 to 06:00 shifts, additional flex in hours required to meet the business demand)
What you'll do:
- Sweep and wet mop hard surface floors
- Hoover all carpet areas, including under the coach seats
- Clean internal coach glass windows
- Dust down all coach seats of debris
- Clean and sanitise all restroom fixtures and surrounding areas
- Clean and sanitise the driver cab area
- Collect and empty the vehicle of all rubbish
- Monitor cleaning stock levels to ensure adequate cleaning materials are available
- Follow health and safety guidelines while handling chemicals
- Occasionally clean bodily fluids from the coaches
- Provide a deep cleaning function as and when required
