- Key Accountabilities
- Own and manage the end‑to‑end connections application process, ensuring clarity, consistency and governance across all stages.
- Implement and maintain strong operational governance, including process compliance and quality assurance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve automation and reduce manual handling.
- Drive improvements that enhance customer experience, efficiency and data reliability.
About You
- Strong operational leadership with the ability to manage complex processes at scale.
- Experience of running structured application or workflow processes, ideally in a regulated environment.
- Proven ability to drive performance through data, KPIs and reporting.
- Experience managing or working with offshore / remote teams.
- High attention to detail with strong focus on data quality and process control.
- Ability to operate across multiple stakeholders and drive alignment in complex environments.
- Strong communication skills, with ability to translate operational insights into clear actions.
- What You'll Get
A competitive salary of £70,000 – £80,000 depending on experience and capability.
You will receive a bonus of up to 15% of your salary for stretch performance, 28 days annual leave, and a contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution up to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
