The Director of Strategic Energy Planning is looking for a Team Administrator to cover maternity leave for 12 months on a fixed term contract. The Team Administrator will report to the Director of Strategic Energy Planning and will be working closely with the Senior Leadership Team. The Team Administrator role will involve various coordination, administration, communication and reporting activities to enhance the effective and efficient operation of the broader function. This role can be based from Warwick and we continue to offer hybrid working from office and home. We are open to full time applicants as well as flexible working arrangements.
Key Accountabilities:
- Providing support to the Director of Strategic Energy Planning and their Senior Leadership Team via a range of activities including:
- Providing diary support for the Director, including setting up meetings/travel/booking accommodation and international trips.
- Co-ordinating training, including e-learning courses and Continuing Professional Development training, across the function, ensuring that all team members have completed their training on time.
- Managing the logging of queries and co-ordinating with the relevant individuals/teams to ensure effective resolution and the meeting of key performance indicators.
- Co-ordinating and project managing events and ad-hoc projects within the team as requested, including functional off-site events.
- Building good relationships across all teams to facilitate cross-team working and collaboration.
- Building good relationships with external stakeholders.
- Undertaking other ad-hoc support with issues/queries/projects from within the team or from business and external stakeholders from time to time as required.
About You:

- Experience of working in a similar environment.
- Experience of liaising with senior members of staff both internally and externally.
- Experience in collating, analysing and reporting on data.
- Strong organisation, co-ordination and administrative skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

A competitive salary between £40,000 - £44,000 per annum – dependent on experience and capability.
