The National Energy Foundation, based in Milton Keynes, is seeking a Project Officer to deliver NEF programmes. You will handle customer contacts via our helpline and case management system, guiding households through energy efficiency support and grant options.
You may deliver awareness sessions and represent NEF at events. You’ll collaborate with installers, funders and partners, ensuring accurate administration and end-to-end journey management.
