We are now seeking to recruit a Dataand CRM Manager who will need to plan and implement the development and ongoingmaintenance of the union’s CRM and its data and provide user training andsupport on the CRM to ensure it is fit for purpose and users’ needs are wellsupported.
As the expert on the Union’s CRM,they will need to maintain and thorough and trusted understanding of theUnion’s rules, process and procedures as they relate to access and also to theuse of Union’s data.
The successful applicant will needto have experience of maintaining and supporting the development of a large andcomplex CRM, including specification and configuration, audit processes andfault finding and resolution, and so we are looking for people with provenanalytical approaches to problem solving who can think innovatively andexercise judgement within agreed parameters.
They will also need to haveexperience of working and contributing at a management level to devise anddeliver team work plans and good stakeholders’ management experience.
Prospective applicants are alsoadvised that your normal place of work will be the NEU office specified in thisadvert and that the NEU operates ‘Blended Working Arrangements’ foroffice-based staff, which means you will typically need to be based in thedesignated NEU office for 3 to 4 days a week (based on a full-time contract),with the remaining days based at home, and subject to business needs.
In addition to salary, we offergood conditions including 35 days’ annual leave plus Christmas closure days anda defined benefit pension scheme. Salary and benefits are pro-rata forpart-time applicants.
