The National Deaf Children's Society is looking for a Strategy Lead to support the development of its next organisational strategic plan. You will work collaboratively to ensure the strategy reflects the needs of deaf children and families while influencing leadership decision-making.

This remote role offers flexible hours, 25 days of holiday plus additional Christmas days, pension contribution, healthcare cash plan, and annual salary increases.
