Experteer Overview In this Secondee role within the International Directorate, you lead a small team in the JICC to deliver intelligence and performance analysis that informs decision-making and prioritises risk. You build international relationships and support frontline policing and partners through a 24/7 international cooperation service. Your work supports evidence-based decisions and public safety on a national and international scale. You will adapt leadership approaches to fluctuating priorities in a dynamic environment and help embed efficient, values-driven ways of working. Pay / Benefits

  • Lead a small team responsible for Intelligence and Performance analysis
  • Drive organisational decision-making and evidence the impact of work
  • Articulate how JICC keeps the public safe and prioritises risk
  • Coordinate with UK policing and international partners to meet operational objectives
  • Ensure activities align with strategic objectives and statutory requirements
  • Develop and implement new, efficient ways of working in a transitioning JICC
  • Manage competing expectations from UK and international stakeholders
  • Provide high-quality service to meet customer needs in a dynamic setting
  • Tasks Formal Intelligence analysis training or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in information technology and handling large data sets
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 technologies and specialist analytical software
  • Experience of structured analytical techniques to provide objective assessments
  • Ability to apply legislation and policy within a law enforcement, defense or national security environment
