National Corporate Housing is a multi‑brand, global leader in providing temporary housing program management for global business travel and corporate relocations. We are seeking an outside sales representative to promote our corporate housing services to new and existing clients across London. This is a hybrid role with the majority of time spent between central London and our office in Ealing. The BDR will use a strategic selling approach to market our local housing products to decision makers in businesses that fit our ideal client profile. The selected person will maintain a professional image, strong communication, business development and customer service skills. We support BDRs with a lead‑generation specialist who researches potential leads within the verticals you require.
Responsibilities
- Work with a local market team and report to the Regional Director to strategically focus sales efforts on generating year‑round profitable business opportunities.
- Generate revenue through new business opportunities using a consultative selling approach.
- Work in concert with clients to understand their strategic initiatives and to create maximum economic impact for their organization.
- Grow existing client revenue by presenting all product and service lines to different segments within each organization.
- Manage and implement referral and strategic property‑management programs with targeted local properties and property‑management companies.
- Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles and client portfolios effectively.
- Maintain all sales activity and sales‑cycle progress in CRM.
- Use analytical skills, industry trends, and client analysis to forecast revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain long‑term professional relationships at multiple levels.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prefer candidates have 3‑5 years of professional sales experience.
- Strategic thinker able to systematically solve problems and hypothesize possible customer pain points, expectations and implicit needs.
- Excellent communication skills, tailoring messages to customers with authority and emotional drivers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a hunter, focused on business development.
- Able to offer and implement creative solutions in the selling process.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with many moving parts and responsibilities.
- Ownership mentality: goes out of one’s way to complete a job and has relentless drive to achieve results.
- Sets clear realistic and time‑bound objectives that align to business growth.
- Travel may be required; reliable transportation.
- Hospitality industry preferred but not required.
