The predicted salary is between 37000 - 46000 £ per year.
Remote working with ad-hoc requirement to be on site in Bristol. On site work also available if preference.
Salary: £43,985 to £54,083 per annum plus Pension, Private Medical Insurance and further benefits package

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join development team acting as the sole Power Platform Developer and expert for the team!
You’ll support the full lifecycle of development from gathering the requirements with our internal and external stakeholders, through to post implementation support.
Responsible for developing, supporting, and enhancing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Building robust, scalable applications and automating business processes.
You’ll also be responsible for technical support queries relating to the systems you govern.
We’ve got a wide range of interesting new projects for you to do, from small scale changes to new systems!
Examples of specific activities;
- Responsible for developing, supporting, and enhancing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Building robust, scalable applications and automating business processes. (big part of role!)
- Provides system administration support for Microsoft Power Platform systems, including Power Apps, Power Automate.
- Collaborates closely with the IT Operations team to support and resolve Power Platform related incidents.
- Works with departments across the organisation including engineering, support functions, and other stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver impactful system improvements.
- Build and maintain custom components such as Power Platform plugins using C#.NET to meet complex business requirements.(small part of role).
- Manage Power Platform environments and configurations to ensure reliable and performant operations across development, testing, and production.
- Maintain secure access to Power Platform solutions by administering roles, permissions, and data policies.
- Ensure correct Power Platform licensing and monitor service consumption to align with business needs.
- Coordinate with external partners as needed to deliver solutions or support advanced development initiatives.
- Deliver training and documentation to ensure successful adoption of solutions, working in conjunction with the Learning & Development team.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, configurations, and policies (this is critical here!).
- Promote and champion the Power Platform across the business, demonstrating its value and capabilities through successful delivery.

- Demonstrated experience designing and building applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong skills in business process automation using Power Automate.
- Good basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, and application lifecycle management within Power Platform.
- Good documentation & process improvement skills.
- Familiarity in C#.NET for custom development (e.g., Power Platform plugins, custom APIs).
- Azure Functions, and Logic Apps exposure.
- Experience providing technical support relating to Power Apps.
