Sitting within our Technology Programmes team, you'll have end to end responsibility for a variety of small to medium sized technical capability projects, from involvement in bid management through to implementation. You'll work with external clients to establish business needs, translate those into requirements and potential solutions, then see those through delivery. You'll also get involved in account management and bid work which could be up to 15% of your role at some points.

  • Support weekly and monthly project review meetings to ensure all elements of project delivery are achieved.
  • Ensure all members of the project team have clear visibility of project booking codes and are accurately reflecting all the hours worked on the project.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to NCC quality, health and safety processes and actively promote a positive H&S culture within the team.
  • Ensure all project plans are correctly resourced so that capacity planning can be conducted.

So, what are we looking for in your application? We will prioritise applications with background in fields such as Engineering, Manufacturing or Research & Development. Specific experience we will look for in your CV would include:

  • Project Management experience, ideally delivering Engineering projects.
  • Excellent 3rd party client management experience and stakeholder management skills.
  • Involvement in account management or bid management work.

In terms of personal qualities we look for the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people, good organisation skills, adaptability to change and resilience.
