Position Summary: The Athletic Trainer is a full-time staff position within the Department of Athletics at Lincoln Memorial University (LMU). Reporting to and working under the supervision of the Head Athletic Trainer, this individual plays a vital role in supporting LMU's 22 NCAA Division II athletic programs competing within the South Atlantic Conference. Sport coverage responsibilities will be assigned by the Head Athletic Trainer. Additional duties include providing comprehensive care, injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation services for student-athletes, as well as assisting with daily operations within the Athletic Training Room.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Entry-Level Master's Degree in Athletic Training
  • NATABOC certification
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Tennessee
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Athletic Training or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience working with a contact sport, preferably in a collegiate athletics setting
