Cyfwelydd Maes yng Nghymru yn ymwneud â chael gwybodaeth gan bobl ledled Cymru trwy gyfweliadau cartref. Byddwch yn gweithio i sicrhau bod safbwyntiau pobl yn cael eu clywed wrth lywio gwasanaethau a phenderfyniadau.
Byddwch yn teithio i adrannau lleol, yn cynnal sgyrsiau a'n cofnodi ymatebion yn gywir. Gwelwch amgylcheddau sydd wedi newid; croesawir sgiliau Cymraeg a thâl dros gyfweliadau, teithiau a potential bonws.
