Would you like to contribute to the transformation of healthcare?

Do you have an interest in sustainable, personalised, whole-person care? Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of the movement for change in modern healthcare to a broader, more diverse, empowering model of Integrative Medicine?

Integrative Medicine brings together conventional, functional, holistic and lifestyle approaches to increase choice and inspire health and wellbeing. As a not-for-profit social enterprise, we are passionate about supporting clients and communities across Bristol, the South West and further afield with a range of services that include wellbeing, education, community outreach and membership.

We are based at Ham Green House in Pill, just outside Bristol, set within beautiful restorative gardens. Parking is free, bus connections work well, and covered bike storage is available.

About the role

We are looking to appoint two organised, friendly and proactive Clinical Services Administrators to support the effective and compassionate delivery of NCIM’s clinical services.

As a key point of contact for patients, service users, clinicians and colleagues, you will help ensure that people contacting NCIM receive a welcoming, professional and responsive service. You will coordinate appointments and consultations, respond to enquiries, maintain accurate patient records and provide administrative support to our multidisciplinary Integrative Clinical Team.

The role also includes supporting group wellbeing programmes, coordinating clinical team meetings, assisting with clinician onboarding and paperwork, maintaining clinical service information and helping ensure that our clinical spaces and services run smoothly.

You will work closely with the Clinical Lead, Business Development and Operations Manager, clinicians and colleagues across NCIM. This is a varied, patient-facing role for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in being organised, and can manage competing priorities in a busy environment.

About you

You will have strong organisational and communication skills, a helpful and professional approach, and confidence communicating by telephone, email and in person. You will be able to prioritise your workload, take ownership of enquiries and follow tasks through to completion.

You will have good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and be comfortable learning new systems and processes. Experience in administration and customer service is important; an interest in healthcare, wellbeing or Integrative Medicine would be beneficial.

Above all, we are looking for someone who is compassionate, collaborative, attentive to detail and committed to providing a positive experience for patients and colleagues.

You will be joining a growing organisation with a clear social purpose and a team who care about the work they do. At NCIM, our shared values are an important part of how we work, and our team members value knowing that their contribution can make a meaningful difference.

Working pattern

This is a job-share role between two Clinical Service Administrators. The successful candidates will be expected to work together on Mondays to support handover, team meetings and shared planning. The remaining two working days for each post holder are to be agreed with the Line Manager to ensure appropriate administrative cover across the working week.
