Role of a National Care Group Support Worker
You will work with young adults who have complex needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build positive relationships by listening, discussing, and planning goals together.
- Assist planning of daily tasks and practical activities such as cooking, cleaning, and running errands.
- Support personal care, including eating and medication administration.
- Help plan and participate in day‑out activities.
