The Role of a Support Worker
You will work with young adults who have complex needs. We seek a respectful and caring individual passionate about supporting young adults to fulfil their potential. This role can be challenging but highly rewarding. You will build positive relationships by listening, discussing, and planning goals together. Your duties include planning daily tasks, assisting with practical activities (cooking, cleaning, errands), supporting with personal care (including eating and medication), and organizing engaging outings. Your support will help individuals become more independent and improve their quality of life.
