We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team at Essential Care and Support Limited - Seaham. Essential Care and Support is a part of the National Care Group and is dedicated to providing person-centred care across supported living, outreach, and day services. We support individuals with needs including Mental Health, Dementia, Physical Disabilities, and Elderly care. If you want to make a difference every day, then this may be the job for you.

The role of a Support Worker

You will work with young adults who have complex needs. We seek a respectful, caring individual passionate about supporting young adults to fulfil their potential. This role can be challenging but rewarding. You will build positive relationships by listening, discussing, and planning goals together. You will assist with daily tasks, personal care (including eating and medication), and participate in activities like outings. Your support will help individuals become more independent.
